Views: My Tasks, Triage, Inbox

Three views sit at the top of the sidebar, above your teams and projects. Each answers a different question: what’s on my plate, what needs sorting, and what’s new.

My Tasks answers “what do I need to work on?” It has Assigned and Created tabs, so you can see tasks assigned to you separately from tasks you opened yourself.

Use the display options to group tasks — by stint, by status, by project, or not at all — and the filter bar to narrow by status, assignee, or label, and to change the sort order.

Triage is where incoming tasks get sorted before they join a team’s regular backlog. It’s a two-pane view: a list of items waiting for triage on the left, and the full task on the right.

For each item, you can:

  • Accept it into the team’s backlog.
  • Decline it.
  • Snooze it, to come back to it tomorrow or next week.
  • Mark it as a duplicate of an existing task.

Inbox is your notification feed — the app’s home screen. It’s also a two-pane view: notifications on the left, the selected item’s detail on the right. Opening a notification marks it read. A filter toggle switches between Unread and All, and Mark all read clears every unread notification at once — available both from the feed and from the notification bell in the header.
