Troubleshooting sign-in
The sign-in email didn’t arrive
Section titled “The sign-in email didn’t arrive”- Check your spam or junk folder — the email is titled “Sign in to NRNS”.
- Make sure you entered the email address your account (or invitation) actually uses.
- For privacy, NRNS shows the same “Check your email” message whether or not an account exists for that address, so a missing email doesn’t always mean something’s broken — double-check the address and try again.
- If you still don’t have it after a minute or two, go back to sso.nrns.ai and request a new link.
The link has expired
Section titled “The link has expired”Sign-in links are single-use and expire a few minutes after they’re sent. If you click one that’s expired, you’ll see:
This link has expired Sign-in links are single-use and expire after a few minutes. Request a new one to continue.
Select Request a new link to go back to the sign-in page and start over with a fresh email.
“This app isn’t enabled” screen
Section titled ““This app isn’t enabled” screen”If you land on a screen saying an app isn’t enabled for your workspace, it means a workspace admin has turned that app off — either for the whole workspace or just for you. You can’t turn it back on yourself. Ask an owner or admin of that workspace to re-enable it from the Console. See Moving between apps for what that screen looks like.
Clearing a stuck session
Section titled “Clearing a stuck session”If sign-in seems stuck or you want to start clean on a device, sign out and back in:
- Go to sso.nrns.ai and select Sign out in the header.
- Sign back in with a fresh magic link.
If you have access to another signed-in device, you can also end a specific stuck session from the account portal’s Sessions section by selecting Revoke next to it, or end all other sessions at once with Sign out other sessions.
