Signing in

NRNS sign-in happens on the account portal at sso.nrns.ai. The primary way in is a magic link sent to your email — no password to remember.

  1. Go to sso.nrns.ai and select Continue with email.
  2. Enter your email address and submit. You’ll see a “Check your email” screen.
  3. Open the email titled “Sign in to NRNS” and click Sign in to NRNS.
  4. On the confirmation page that opens, click Continue to NRNS to finish signing in.

Sign-in links are single-use and expire a few minutes after they’re sent. If yours has expired, see Troubleshooting sign-in.

Other sign-in options

Depending on how your workspace is configured, you may also see Continue with Google, Continue with GitHub, or Sign in with passkey on the sign-in screen. These sign you in the same way — magic link is simply the option that’s always available.

Sessions and multiple devices

Signing in on a new device or browser creates its own session — it doesn’t sign you out anywhere else. You can see every device currently signed in, and end any of them, from the account portal’s Sessions section: each one is listed with its browser and the date it signed in, with a Revoke button, plus a Sign out other sessions button to end all of them at once except the one you’re using.

Select Sign out in the account portal’s header. This ends your current session and signs you out of every NRNS app, since they share the same sign-in. To end sessions on other devices too, use Sign out other sessions in the Sessions section instead.
